Ocean State Behavioral is seeking a Spanish/English bilingual Treatment Coordinator to support children and families receiving Home-Based Services across Rhode Island. To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Human Services, Psychology, or Social Work.
• One year of experience working with children with special healthcare or behavioral health needs is preferred
• Ability to reliably travel to and from clients’ homes throughout Rhode Island using a personal vehicle with current insurance, registration, and inspection.
• Ability to clear both BCI and DCYF CANTS clearances

As a Bilingual Treatment Coordinator, your role will focus on coordination, communication, and continuity of care
, including:

• Serve as a primary contact between families, clinicians, and collateral providers
• Oversee weekly productivity and work of home-based Direct Support Providers (DSPs) providing care to cases you manage
• Coordinate with schools, Early Intervention, DCYF, FCCP, medical providers, and other involved agencies
• Managing and maintaining required program documentation and treatment materials
• Supporting the hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training of DSPs
• Collecting and organizing data and documentation for clinical review and team collaboration
