• Undertake screening, assessment, and triage of safeguarding concerns within the Adult MASH service.
• Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to assess risk and coordinate safeguarding responses.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop support plans tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality case records.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant legislation, safeguarding procedures, and local authority policies.
• Promote person-centred practice and positive outcomes for adults at risk.

• Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
• Prior experience working within an Adult MASH, Duty Team, or other front-door adult social care service.
• Strong knowledge of adult safeguarding legislation and statutory responsibilities.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-agency environment.
• Relevant qualifications and experience in line with the role requirements.

• Employment references: A minimum of three years of employment references.
• Employment history: A fully explained employment history with any gaps accounted for.
• Compliance documentation: All relevant compliance documentation must be provided prior to commencement.

This role offers a flexible hybrid working model, with a minimum of three days per week based in the office, as agreed with the Team Manager.
