Family Services Coordinator

The Family Services Coordinator supports the mission of the Adams County Collaborative Management Program (ACCMP) to assist children, youth, and families in Adams County. This role advances department objectives to Elevate People, Improve Systems, and Strengthen Neighborhoods. The position focuses on prevention, intervention, and improving access to community resources through the Partnering for Adams County Kids (PACK) program, using a Two-Generation (2

Gen) approach for families with children from birth to age 21. The anticipated hiring range for this role is $28.03 - $32.23 hourly. The full earning potential for this role is $28.03 - $40.65 hourly.

This position is hybrid -- job duties and expectations allow for onsite and remote work scheduled every week. Employees in this classification are regularly scheduled onsite one (1) to four (4) days per week based on the County needs and as determined by Department Director. Hybrid classified roles can be onsite more than the set minimum based on employee preference.
