About the Role

This position will provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management services to children, adolescents, and adults.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication assessments
  • Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
  • Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up appointments
  • Monitor treatment effectiveness, side effects, and overall clinical progress
  • Collaborate with therapists, families, primary care providers, and other members of the treatment team
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Position Details
  • 1099 independent contractor with possibility to grow into a full-time W-2 position
  • 50/50 revenue split
  • Flexible schedule
  • Established group practice with administrative, billing, intake, and referral support
  • Opportunity to build a consistent caseload across children, adolescents, and adults
  • Hybrid work from home Telehealth and in office in Shelton medical building
Requirements
  • Active Connecticut APRN or PA license
  • Current prescribing authority and DEA registration, as applicable
  • Experience providing psychiatric medication management
  • Experience treating children and adolescents strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and collaborative approach to care
  • 3 years or more prescribing experience
