• Conduct remote needs assessments to understand client circumstances and support requirements.
• Provide information and referrals to relevant social services, including housing, food assistance, and healthcare.
• Assist clients in navigating application processes for various support programs.
• Offer emotional support and encouragement to clients facing challenging situations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our digital case management system.
• Collaborate with partner organizations and service providers to facilitate client access to resources.

• Diploma or Certificate in Social Work, Social Auxiliary Work, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a social support, case management, or counseling role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social welfare services and resources available in South Africa.
• Excellent remote communication skills (phone, email, video conferencing) and active listening abilities.
• Proficiency with digital tools, online platforms, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively in a remote setting.
