This position oversees drug and alcohol services to ensure that state and federal requirements are followed and programs meet community needs. The role includes leadership, coordination, and monitoring of service delivery across Beaver County. As a County Drug & Alcohol Administrator 1, you will perform the following duties:

• Program Oversight:
  Manage program planning, implementation, and monitoring to meet state and federal goals
• Fiscal Management:
  Administer budgets, review financial reports, and ensure responsible use of funding
• Contract Administration:
  Develop contracts, oversee providers, and coordinate amendments to support service delivery
• Community Coordination:
  Collaborate with agencies, boards, and work groups to strengthen prevention and treatment services
• Data and Reporting:
  Evaluate data trends, prepare reports, and oversee required state reporting systems
• Staff Leadership:
  Supervise staff, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Telework:
  You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. After successful completion of probationary period, 1 to 2 days per week telework may be possible depending of needs of office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Beaver Falls.

• An Associate’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a specialty in nursing/health administration, nursing/counseling education or a clinical specialty in the human services) or other behavioral sciences, public administration or business management and six (6) years of professional experience providing direct service and/or program planning in a human service agency, including two (2) years supervising human service professionals;
