Senior and Adult Services Program Supervisor

** Join a dynamic team of dedicated individuals who work to strengthen the communities in which we live! As the Senior and Adult Services Program Supervisor, you will lead the planning, oversight, and implementation of the Maricopa County Senior and Adult Independent Living (SAIL) Program, serving Maricopa County residents over age 60 and adults over 18 with disabilities who require additional support to maintain independent living.

The Program Supervisor will supervise a team of 20 or more case manager supervisors and case aides and reports to the Assistant Director of the Senior Services and Community Resilience Division. While this position currently reports into an office in Downtown Phoenix, starting in November, the position will report into our office located at 2233 W. Dunlap in Phoenix. This Division of Human Services works to provide housing stability for our most vulnerable residents, preventing eviction for low-income families and individuals, and supporting those experiencing homelessness.

Our mission is accomplished by working in close partnership with many service providers across the County to ensure people can stay housed and that homelessness is rare, brief, and nonrecurring.

** We Require
*** Three years of professional experience supporting and/or managing programs for seniors or other vulnerable populations
* Bachelor's degree in social work, social services, public administration, business administrtion, or a closely related field
** Other Requirements
*** Must possess, or be able to obtain, a valid Arizona driver’s license by the time of hire
* Must complete a background check and fingerprint identification upon hire to secure and maintain an Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
