Crisis Connections is seeking a 988 Crisis Specialist to provide life-saving emotional support via chat and SMS. This fully remote role requires residency in WA, AZ, OH, or TX and is union represented (OPEIU).
You’ll assess risk, collaborate with clinicians, and help connect callers to resources, documenting encounters in the health record while adhering to 988 Lifeline protocols. Schedule is day or swing, 30–37.5 hours weekly, at a pay rate of $26.79 per hour.
