CAS is seeking a Family Advocacy Nurse (FAN) to join the installation’s multidisciplinary Family Advocacy Program (FAP) team. The FAN provides comprehensive, home-based prevention and nursing support to military families who are expecting a child or have children under four years of age, with a primary focus on preventing child and partner maltreatment.
This is a highly field-oriented position focused on home visitation, maternal and child health, family education, prevention, and case management
. The FAN serves as the primary case manager for New Parent Support Program (NPSP) clients and works closely with military families, healthcare providers, and FAP professionals.
