Location: Northern
Maternity Care Coalition (MCC) in Norristown, PA is seeking an Early Head Start Family Advocate to provide curriculum-based home visits to pregnant women and parents of infants and toddlers. The role supports health improvement, social empowerment, and school readiness for children ages 0-3, through direct services, referrals, and advocacy.
The position is full-time and located in Norristown, with a hybrid work arrangement that may include remote work.
