Assessment Collaboration, and Coaching​/Utilization Support Services Supervisor

The Assessment, Support, Collaboration, and Coaching / Utilization Support Services Supervisor leads statewide oversight and management of child abuse and neglect assessments and service utilization within the Indiana Department of Child Services. This remote position provides consultation and coaching to Family Case Managers across local counties, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and agency standards while monitoring service quality and safety practices.

The role reports to the ASCC Division Manager and Director and requires travel throughout Indiana.

• 5+ years of human services or relevant experience in child protection, foster care, or family preservation services
• 1+ year of leadership, managerial, or supervisory experience applying social work and casework principles
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal child protection laws, regulations, guidelines, and foster care/adoption standards
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in crisis situations and manage workflow of supervisory and professional staff
• Valid driver's license, reliable automobile, and appropriate auto insurance required; subject to pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing
