Remote Health and Wellness Coach; Fully Remote

• Conduct weekly 45-minute virtual coaching sessions with assigned clients.
• Provide skill-based, short-term work focused on situational, developmental, or performance-based concerns.
• Help clients build specific skills and reach concrete goals.

• Coaching certification and a Bachelor's in psychology, social work, counseling, education, human services, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience providing coaching, mentoring, or youth development support to K-12 students.
• Ability to navigate technology, reliable computer and internet, and professional liability coverage.

• Experience providing virtual coaching.
• 100% remote work from anywhere in the United States.
• Flexible hours and scheduling across multiple time zones.
• No-show protection with partial reimbursement for cancellations within 24 hours.
