Intermountain Health is seeking a Social Service Worker for a remote Stabilization Team serving the Tooele Region, with backup coverage as needed. The role is 40 hours weekly, Mon-Fri, with evening hours. Tasks include in-home stabilization visits and video visits when appropriate.
Work with a multidisciplinary team to empower families, reduce out-of-home services, and connect with community resources. Video interview via Teams may be required.
