HALOS, a nonprofit serving grandparents and kinship families in South Carolina, seeks a Family Resource Coordinator. The role handles intake, assessments, and resource coordination to support caregiver stability and well-being.
Occasional evenings/weekends may be required, with in-person collaborations limited to essential visits. The FRC will work within a navigation team to connect families with HALOS services, maintain case notes, and build partnerships with community agencies.
This is an excellent position to take on the Remote Kinship Family Resource Coordinator role at Together SC.
The advertised compensation is 35.000 - 42.000.
