Rincon Family Services in Chicago, IL seeks an AOD Intact Case Manager to deliver intensive, home-based case management for families referred by DCFS. The focus is safety, stronger family functioning, and engagement in treatment to prevent out-of-home placement.
You will conduct assessments, develop plans, visit homes weekly, link to community resources, and advocate for families within Child Welfare and AOD services. Bachelor’s required; CADC or ability to obtain preferred; bilingual a plus.
