Mobile App Software Engineer

• Mostly remote position but preferably you’re in the Atlanta, Georgia or Minneapolis, Minnesota area.
• Competitive hourly rate starting at $11hr – $15hr (depending on skill level or year in school).

• Collaborate with our team of designers and project managers to create cutting-edge solutions for Recording Business on iOS and Android platforms.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest mobile app development trends, tools, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure the best user experience and interface design for mobile applications.
• Assist in testing and debugging mobile applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Document and maintain detailed technical documentation related to mobile application development processes and procedures.

• PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED – Bachelors degree minimum in IT, Computer Science, STEM, etc or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
• Strong knowledge of mobile application development principles, including UI/UX design, coding, and testing.
• Familiarity with mobile app development frameworks such as Flutter and Dart.
• Understanding of code version tools such as Git.
• Experience with developing responsive UI.
• Knowledge of Firebase, AWS, RESTful APIs and integration of third-party libraries and APIs.
• Basic understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

$11-15 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position will soon include a competitive benefits package.
