At Semantive, we’re partnering with a US‑based enterprise AI transformation company that helps global organizations adopt AI safely and effectively. Together, we’re building data‑driven and scalable AI solutions that transform how work gets done.

We’re looking for a Senior AI Solution Engineer to join this long‑term collaboration, working on advanced agentic workflows and production‑grade AI systems.

The engagement is offered on a B2B contract basis and may take the form of a short‑term assignment with Semantive followed by direct collaboration with our partner
, or a longer‑term engagement within the partner
, depending on project needs.

• Design and build Agentic AI workflows that combine LLM reasoning, tool use, human‑in‑the‑loop checkpoints, performance evaluation, and automated actions.
• Work with technologies such as Lang Chain, MCP, A2A patterns, OpenAI, Anthropic models, Google Agentspace, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Sagemaker.
• Develop integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems (REST APIs, business applications, data platforms, workflow engines, etc.)
• Develop and apply agentic workflows to creation and maintenance of domain‑specific semantic layers to ensure data readiness and quality for consumption by agents.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand real‑world, domain‑specific workflows and identify high‑impact opportunities for application of agentic workflows.
• Ensure security, auditability, and reliability of agentic systems in production environments.
• Contribute to architecture design, engineering standards, and documentation.

• Demonstrated commercial‑grade software engineering experience in languages common in enterprise environments and agentic AI systems like:
  Python, Java, C#, Go, node.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
• Experience designing and deploying full‑stack cloud‑native applications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with front‑end frameworks and tech stacks like react, vue.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs at scale.
• Understanding of system decomposition, architecture, and distributed system design.
• Excellent documentation and code quality practices.
• Agentic AI & Workflow Experience
• Experience with agent frameworks like Lang Chain and Lang Graph Platform.
• Working familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or API orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building human‑in‑the‑loop workflows (goal articulation, performance evaluation, approvals, escalations, validation checkpoints).
• Understanding of tool‑use patterns, model selection, action planning, memory/state, and multi‑step agent execution.
• Native in Polish and fluent in English
