We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Kotlin (web) and React

JS to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in an agile environment, demonstrates strong technical and problem-solving skills, and is passionate about building scalable, reliable systems.

Location:

Hybrid 2 days per week - Brooklyn Park, MN

• Design, develop, and test code to deliver functionality that meets business requirements and strategic objectives.
• Build and implement features from the product backlog, collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders.
• Estimate and size user stories, ensuring accurate sprint planning and delivery.
• Write and execute unit tests and automated test scripts to ensure quality and performance.
• Validate deliverables against user story acceptance criteria.
• Produce and maintain clear project documentation throughout the software lifecycle.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cross-functional teams to ensure feature completeness and reliability.
• Adhere to industry-standard Agile methodologies for development, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Kotlin.
• Frontend development proficiency using React
  
  JS.
• Experience working with Mongo
  
  DB or other No
  
  SQL databases.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, testable, and scalable code.
• Experience in agile development environments (user stories, iterative development, etc.).
• Solid understanding of test-driven development (TDD) and automation testing practices.

• Experience with Java and additional database technologies.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
• Strong skills in testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
