As a Senior Software Engineer at LendAPI, you will lead the development of cutting-edge fintech solutions, enabling financial institutions to streamline their operations. Your expertise in backend and frontend technologies will drive the creation of scalable and reliable platforms, supporting our vision to transform the lending industry. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize software that delivers real impact to our clients.

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Django for backend services and React for the frontend, ensuring seamless performance across devices.
• API Integration: Build and optimize RESTful APIs using Django Rest Framework, integrating third-party services to expand platform capabilities.
• Platform Optimization: Implement scalable solutions, ensuring the platform handles high transaction volumes efficiently while maintaining performance.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and Dev Ops to align technical implementation with business objectives.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough reviews to uphold best practices in development and testing.
• Testing & Debugging: Develop automated test strategies and resolve issues to maintain platform reliability and security.
• Innovation: Participate in architectural discussions, identify areas of improvement, and propose technical innovations to keep the platform competitive.

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, particularly with Django, React, and scalable backend systems.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, database management (Postgre
  
  SQL/MySQL), and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools like Docker, and infrastructure management tools like Terraform.
• Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills, with a focus on security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working in an Agile environment.
