We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front‑End Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our AI‑powered platform. You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, scalable, and secure AI‑powered solutions that assist doctors in navigating and utilizing EHR systems more efficiently.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement new features and enhancements in our web applications, focusing on delivering an exceptional user experience.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of large software projects, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment, using modern web technologies like Type Script, Node.js, and React.
• Maintain and enhance our EHR integration capabilities, working on frontend components to ensure seamless interoperability with various healthcare systems.
• Drive the improvement of our internal tools and dashboards, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our team and support efficient operations.
• Champion best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and maintainability, to ensure high‑quality and resilient software.

• A demonstrated history of delivering impactful software projects, with a strong portfolio of work that showcases your front‑end skills.
• A collaborative mindset, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members across different disciplines.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software development, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong proficiency in web technology, Type Script, Node.js, and React, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.
• Additional expertise in Next.js, Redux, and Lexical is desirable.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git).
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• A passion for healthcare technology and a desire to contribute to a mission‑driven organization.

The base compensation range for the role is: $105,000 - $130,000 based on leveling and desired cash/equity split. Philosophically, we lean towards generous equity grants so that our team truly gets to share in the impact they create.
