• Develop, configure, and maintain the Salesforce Experience Cloud suite, ensuring integration with Service Cloud for case management
• Build custom solutions using Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Design and implement user-friendly experiences with LWC Web Components for Experience Cloud
• Manage and integrate Salesforce Knowledge with the Experience Cloud platform
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on Salesforce Experience Cloud best practices

• 6+ years of hands-on experience developing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions
• Expert-level understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud and its integration with Service Cloud
• Strong experience with Partner Community and knowledge of Experience Cloud license types
• Proficiency in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) alongside Salesforce Experience Cloud development
• Proven expertise in Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Experience working in a SaaS-based environment
• Previous exposure to healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with tools like Boomi, Mule Soft, or similar integration platforms
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting tools
• Salesforce certifications in relevant areas, including Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
