The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our product and engineering team. In this role, you’ll work across the stack—building backend systems, APIs, and integrations while also crafting intuitive, performant frontend experiences that enterprise users love.
You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and AI/ML teams to ship features end-to-end and help shape both the user experience and the technical foundation of the Magenta platform.
What You’ll DoBuild and scale backend systems, APIs, and data integrations.
Develop modern, user-friendly frontend applications (React, Type Script, or similar).
Work closely with design to deliver seamless user experiences.
Collaborate across product, engineering, and AI teams to ship full features.
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code across the stack.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Contribute to technical strategy, architecture, and best practices.
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
, including full-stack development.Strong backend skills (Python, Node.js, or similar) with experience building APIs and distributed systems.
Proficiency in frontend development (React, Type Script, or similar).
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Solid knowledge of databases (SQL and No
SQL).Bonus: familiarity with ML/AI systems, enterprise integrations, or manufacturing/industrial data.
Strong product sense—you care about usability as much as performance.
Willingness to work in-office from El Segundo, CA
