New Position:
This position is open due to an existing vacancy to support our evolving business needs.

• Manage a high‑performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth.
• Oversee the design and implementation of UI and backend solutions using modern frameworks and technologies, stepping in to code when necessary.
• Work with cross‑functional teams—product managers, designers, and other leaders—to define product strategy, set technical direction, and deliver innovative features.
• Own the team roadmap and project lifecycle, ensuring that initiatives move from ideation to successful production launches.
• Coach junior engineers, support professional development, and cultivate an environment where everyone can excel.
• Define success metrics to track and evaluate project outcomes, using data‑driven insights to guide future decisions.
• Provide guidance on architecture, design, and best practices for front‑end and back‑end development.
• Play a pivotal role in hiring top engineering talent and expanding the team’s capabilities.

• 5+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience and a proven track record leading the development of scalable, web‑based solutions.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar), Type Script, Node.js, and Python.
• Comfortable with AI technologies, including GenAI concepts like prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and fine‑tuning.
• 2+ years of managing engineering teams, with success in coaching, mentoring, and nurturing talent.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, make data‑driven decisions, and deliver impactful results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Adept at driving product innovation and ensuring that technical decisions align with broader business goals.

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven success in recruiting, managing performance, and cultivating a positive team culture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
