Chicago, IL – hybrid WFH: 3 days onsite in the loop, 2 days work from home

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full-Stack Engineer to join our data-focused applications team. Our primary tech stack that you'd be leading is .NET/C# on the back-end and React on the front-end. We also use some Python, so if you have Python and .NET experience, even better – the role will lean more back-end, so having experience with Snowflake would be a big nice to have for us as well.

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using .NET(C#) and React with Vite.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration with front-end applications.
• Work with relational databases and No
  
  SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth).
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and related libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize front-end performance for a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and designs into functional components.
• Integrate front-end and back-end components to create cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features on time and within scope.
• Contribute to code reviews, ensuring high-quality code and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security.
• Participate in the evaluation and adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

• 7+ years of experience with .NET/C# Development
  • Must have experience with ASP.NET Core and RESTful API development
  • Must have strong SQL/SQL Server experience
• 2+ years of experience with front-end development using ReactJS
• Must have experience leading full-stack software development teams
• Must have great communication skills

• Azure experience
  • Ideally Azure Dev Ops and/or Azure Service Fabric experience
• Docker and Kubernetes experience
• Typescript experience
• Entity Framework experience
• Experience with other front-end tools and frameworks such as Webpack or npm/yarn
