Our customers include Ford, The Telegraph, Autotrader, Sum Up, Crocs, and Funding Circle. Due to strong global growth and investment from Vista Equity Partners, we are opening the doors for a new Front End Engineer to join our growing, experienced and talented technology team.

This is a rare chance to join a true technology startup, working within an agile team to help deliver and maintain new product features.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the Poland.

• Implement the user interface of our platform and continually improve performance and usability.
• Build and refine interactive experiences using
  Ruby on Rails with Turbo and Stimulus
  , which power our inline editing, partial page updates, and real-time UI behaviour.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to maintain and evolve our UI library and style guide.
• Contribute across the entire lifecycle of features, from discovery and design to deployment.
• Join daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and design discussions with our fully remote team.
• Provide perspective and guidance on design and architectural decisions.
• Work closely with product managers, quality engineers and software engineers across the world to deliver value in a fast-growing organisation.

• 5+ years overall professional experience.
• Strong JavaScript experience (5+ years).
• Proficiency with
  
  Ruby on Railsor ability to demonstrate meaningful experience in server-rendered Rails applications.
• Hands-on experience with
  
  Turboand
  
  Stimulusor similar server-driven UI patterns.
• Understanding of front-end development fundamentals (HTML/HAML/SASS/JS/Bootstrap).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and apply refactoring principles.
• Confident using Git Hub and participating in code review processes.
• Experience shipping substantial product features or large-scale development projects.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code or similar.
• Ability to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines and thrive in an agile methodology.
