Senior .NET Engineer; Remote from Texas

As a Senior .NET Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web solutions, with a focus on delivering secure, high-quality, and scalable software. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust applications, integrating modern technologies and best practices. The role emphasizes hands‑on development, technical leadership, and continuous improvement of systems and processes.

You will contribute to code quality, architecture, and system performance, while ensuring compliance with security and accessibility standards. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fully remote, collaborative environment with a focus on professional growth and innovation.

• Translate application requirements into complex web solutions and integrate web pages, applications, and new technologies.
• Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET, C#, XML, and related technologies.
• Create and improve dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
• Integrate email workflows and ensure browser compatibility.
• Advocate for development best practices, including testing, error handling, documentation, and system performance.
• Develop responsive solutions adhering to 508 Compliance and accessibility standards.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and QA/testing activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in requirements analysis, technical design, software development, and deployment.
• 3+ years maintaining and developing applications using agile methodologies and Dev Ops tools.
  
  Experience in web development, database management, and web server administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and/or Azure.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and emerging technologies.
• Experience supporting systems handling financial or sensitive personal information.
