• Develop predictive models and leverage data‑driven insights to enhance strategy performance and uncover new trading opportunities
• Design and implement robust and scalable CI/CD data pipelines
• Translate machine learning algorithms into executable code
• Support existing strategies and assist in the development of new ones using proprietary software
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in machine learning techniques

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related quantitative field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, or a Master's/PhD in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Proficient in probability, statistics, and machine learning for time‑series data
• Excellent programming skills in Python; familiarity with C++ is a plus
• Experience with software engineering best practices, including test‑driven development (TDD) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)

• Practical experience applying machine learning techniques in trading applications
• Familiarity with high‑performance computing (HPC) environments, such as SLURM
• Experience with orchestration and containerization tools (e.g., Singularity, Docker, Airflow, Prefect)
• Prior experience developing applications on a Linux stack
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks while keeping long‑term objectives in mind
