We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our AI-powered platform. You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure AI-powered solutions that assist doctors in navigating and utilizing EHR systems more efficiently.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements in our web applications, focusing on delivering an exceptional user experience.
• Take end-to-end ownership of large software projects, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment, using modern web technologies like Type Script, Node.js, and React.
• Maintain and enhance our EHR integration capabilities, working on frontend components to ensure seamless interoperability with various healthcare systems.
• Drive the improvement of our internal tools and dashboards, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our team and support efficient operations.
• Champion best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and maintainability, to ensure high-quality and resilient software.

• A demonstrated history of delivering impactful software projects, with a strong portfolio of work that showcases your front-end skills.
• A collaborative mindset, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members across different disciplines.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• A commitment to high-quality work, with attention to detail and a dedication to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software development, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong proficiency in web technology, Type Script, Node.js, and React, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.
• Additional expertise in Next.js, Redux, and Lexical is desirable.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git).
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• A passion for healthcare technology and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization.

The base compensation range for the role is: $105,000 - $130,000 based on leveling and desired cash/equity split. Philosophically, we lean towards generous equity grants so that our team truly gets to share in the impact they create.
