Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Java Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions that meet business requirements.

Digitech leverages its proprietary technology to offer fully outsourced services that maximize collections, protect compliance, and deliver results for clients.

• Application Development:
  Design and implement robust, maintainable Java applications using modern frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• API Integration:
  Develop RESTful and SOAP services; integrate with third-party APIs.
• Database Management:
  Work with relational databases and optimize queries for performance.
• Code Quality:
  Write clean, testable code following best practices; perform code reviews and unit testing.
• Performance Optimization:
  Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for scalability and efficiency.
• Security & Compliance:
  Apply secure coding standards and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner with QA, Dev Ops, and product teams to deliver features on time.
• Documentation:
  Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Java SE/EE, Spring Framework, and ORM tools.
• Experience with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles.

• Experience with microservices architecture..
• Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka, Rabbit
  
  MQ).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
• Certifications in Java or related technologies.
