What You Will Do- Architect and implement tracking and analytics solutions across Segment, Tealium, GTM, Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, and related tools
- Develop clean, reliable event schemas and data‑layer standards across frontend and backend systems
- Implement serverless workflows using AWS Lambda or Azure Functions for event routing, transformation, and delivery
- Design APIs and backend logic that support analytics, personalisation, and marketing automation systems
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to translate business needs into technical tracking designs.
- Ensure strong data governance, consent management, and cross‑platform identity resolution.
- Build modern, maintainable, testable, well‑documented code that adheres to Lumenalta engineering standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and strategic technical decisions
- Lead or mentor developers when needed, contributing to a senior‑only engineering environment
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience integrating and implementing Mar Tech tools such as Segment, Tealium, GTM, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar solutions
- Experience designing data layers, event schemas, and tracking plans for complex user interactions
- Serverless experience with AWS Lambda or Azure Functions
- Experience working with Mongo
DB or equivalent No
SQL data stores - Ability to write clean, modern, testable, well‑documented code
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Professional, empathetic, team‑oriented mindset
- Problem solver with a proactive, ownership‑driven approach
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
Salary range: $55,000 - $100,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.
LocationThis is a fully remote position
; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.
