We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team in a 100% remote position. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Salesforce development, strong understanding of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, and the ability to work in an Agile environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining custom solutions, ensuring best practices, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, SOQL, and DML operations
  .
• Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows
  .
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and participate in peer reviews.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues within Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with team members in an Agile/Scrum environment
  .
• Assist in QA testing efforts and mentor junior team members or interns.
• Work on deployments using tools such as Change Sets
  , ANT Migration Tool
  , and SFDX CLI
  .
• Maintain version control using Git or Bitbucket
  .

• Salesforce Development
  :
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce platform.
  • Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
    .
  • Experience with Apex
    , SOQL
    , DML
    , LWC
    , and Flows
    .
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model
    , security
    , and sharing rules
    .
  • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and basic integration concepts.
• Development Practices
  :
  • Basic debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ability to follow coding standards and participate in peer reviews.
• Certifications
  :
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is mandatory.
• Dev Ops & Deployment Exposure
  :
  • Familiarity with Git or Bitbucket
