Job Summary
:
The Senior Technical Lead in Salesforce Apex development is responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in Salesforce development. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and implementing solutions using Salesforce platform to meet business requirements and enhance user experience. The Senior Technical Lead will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and drive innovation in Salesforce development.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers in designing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platformDevelop custom solutions using Salesforce Apex, Visualforce pages, and Lightning componentsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient and scalable solutionsPerform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverablesManage integrations with third-party systems and tools to enhance Salesforce functionalityStay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovationConduct training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance their Salesforce development skillsSkill Requirements
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform including Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce declarative toolsProficiency in developing and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirementsStrong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilitiesAbility to lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and drive project deliveryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teamsProblem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset to drive continuous improvementCertifications
