We have been retained by our financial related client in Fort Worth, Texas to deliver a .NET full-stack Developer on a regular full-time direct hire basis. This position is hybrid with three (3) days a week onsite
offices in Fort Worth, Texas and two (2) days a week remote work.

REQUIRED:

We are seeking the best candidate with C#/.NET and SQL strengths asking about ~$135/ year.

3-4+ years work experience in C# / .NET

C# strengths, full stack and C# REST API’s or C# services for REST API’s.

full stack C# is the key to this position. Full stack skills required.

Angular or React a plus. AWS is a plus. Some cloud experience required.

SQL Server TSQL. Some basic query optimization, RDBMS and C# code optimization, stabilization and scalability. Work with data structures, ETL processes and integrations.

Some Financial or Accounting industry related experience required. An analytical mindset and keen eye for detail with the goal of writing clean code to produce fully functional software applications according to business requirements. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders in this financial reporting environment that has monthly reporting goals, and gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions and specifications.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE (all are used on this team):

.NET / C#, .NET 6.0 moving to .NET 8.0, AWS onPrem, SQL Server RDBMS hosted on AWS.

all C# code, builds, testing with XUnit, Cypress, releases apps with Azure Dev Ops CI/CD deploying apps to AWS. C# REST API’s and integration projects. Familiarity with C# REST APIs, scripting languages (e.g., Python, Power Shell), AWS or other cloud environments, Power BI, Test Automations, MS Office. C# Lambdas (C# Lambda Expressions), C# REST APIs, MVC, SQL Server TSQL, Dapper (ORM), any object relational mapping tools, Azure cloud, AWS.

Amazon EC2, Amazon AWS API Gateway, OKTA, AWS S3 buckets, SNA, SQS.Git repository, “sub modules” – pull app templates or API templates from repo and extend functionality and “wire up” the app, Nuget packages, React front end, Cypress test automation, Red Gate Flyway on SQL Server Schema-As-Code for database changes, deployments, Azure Dev Ops is used to deploy .NET apps & database to AWS for hosting.

Some Power BI dashboards maybe, Power BI certainly is not a required skill, only a small plus. Accounting, monthly financial reporting of investments, loans,
work with business users on monthly financial statements and financial reporting needs. Back Office processes automated, exports of excel files. Excel modules’ feature redesigned into .NET systems, calculations verified, monthly reporting. Some oncall support of app or database jobs that stopped running. Monitor Jobs running, and provide support via on-call rotation with the team. Restart service or app or job running.

The last week of the month, and the first week of the month can experience a faster pace or heavier work load if systems issues are present needing attention.

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science preferred.

Employment Type:

Regular Full-Time Annual Salary: $115,000 – 135,000 / year Benefits: annual bonus, life, health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, ADD, short-term disability, paid-vacation, paid-sick time off
