• Proven track record of building and shipping fullstack products that improve customer outcomes
• Strong fullstack development skills, including React/Type Script, Node, Python, and SQL
• Ability to weigh trade-offs and take ownership of the development process
• Experience working asynchronously in a fully remote, distributed team
• Comfort with managing the entire technology stack

• Experience with applications similar to visual design tools, analytics applications, or IDEs
• Background in scaling applications, particularly those utilizing Kubernetes and AWS
• Familiarity with working in an asynchronous environment within a distributed company
