We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, ME, MA, MD, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, and WA. We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL, if you prefer a hybrid option.
What You’ll be DoingApplication Design & Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom software applications to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business applications, including bug fixes and performance optimization.
- Conduct regular code reviews and implement best practices to ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization; build innovative solutions to streamline business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business applications with existing systems such as ERP, CRM, and BI tools.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and alignment with business needs.
- Other duties as needed
- 3+ years of integration or software engineering experience focused on business and IT system integrations
- Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Database expertise in SQL and data modeling.
- Experience with web development frameworks (Angular, React, Django) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS, including system integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively across teams.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and automation solutions.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Ability to develop and integrate AI models into business applications.
- Understanding of NLP and computer vision concepts.
