Senior Backend Software Engineer (Remote, US)

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with exceptional problem-solving skills. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on Backend Development and collaboration within an Agile team. This position is remote-friendly for US-based candidates.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in one or more of the following languages:
  Java, Python, Go, PHP, or Java Script .
• Strong data analysis, debugging, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues and trace root causes.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and the ability to write efficient, testable, and secure code.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, including writing complex queries.
• Familiarity with database performance monitoring and tuning.

  SQL technologies such as Redis, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB
  .
• Comfortable working in Linux environments
  , including composing command pipelines and writing shell scripts for automation.
• Dev Ops mindset with practical experience using Docker, Docker Compose, and/or Kubernetes

• Knowledge of configuration management and automation tools.
• Experience with system design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Background in big data or real-time/low-latency systems.

• Collaborate with experienced engineers and subject matter experts.
• Help shape patterns and practices for future projects.
• Deliver meaningful, production-grade solutions.
