** Role Overview:
** We’re seeking a technical co-founder to lead product development, architecture, and technical strategy. This is a hands-on, equity-driven role where you will shape the future of the product and company.
** Responsibilities:
*** Build, maintain, and scale the SaaS platform (front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud deployment)
* Integrate AI features to automate and optimize operations
* Collaborate on product strategy, roadmap, and technical decisions
* Ensure system security, reliability, and scalability
* Manage any future engineering hires and contractors
** Requirements:
*** Proven full-stack development experience
* SaaS and cloud architecture expertise
* Knowledge of AI/ML integration
* Startup experience or strong product mindset
* Founder-level ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills
** Equity:
** Significant co-founder equity (negotiable based on experience and contribution)
