• Build, maintain, and optimize the machine learning and simulation platform to enhance scale and performance
• Develop high-quality software applications for machine learning model deployment and automation

• Mentor and guide fellow engineers on distributed systems and scalable architecture

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, particularly with in-house Machine Learning Platforms
• Experience in building and maintaining backend software services and APIs
• Proficiency in technologies such as Python, Kotlin, Databricks, and AWS
• Strong ability to comprehend and communicate complex requirements to various stakeholders
• Proven track record of mentoring and developing engineering talent

• Familiarity with model serving technologies and simulation platforms
• Proficiency with frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, and MLflow
• Excellent quantitative reasoning skills with an interest in the intersection of engineering and machine learning
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality work
• Ability to thrive in both self-directed and collaborative work environments
