Engineering at Nice is a lean, collaborative team where your impact is immediate. We learn, iterate, and build the digital tools that connect our clinicians to our patients. As a Senior Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor to our two primary platforms: our internal clinician web app and our patient-facing web experience. You’ll be responsible for ensuring these tools are seamless and reliable, so our technology stays out of the way of the care being delivered.

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to solve real-world healthcare hurdles.
• Build & scale:
  Design, develop, and maintain robust software in an agile, continuous delivery environment.
• Champion excellence:
  Conduct design and code reviews to ensure code meets or exceeds best practices, unit testing, security, scalability, and maintainability guidelines.
• Mentor & grow:
  Mentor teammates and learn from them in a learn‑from‑each‑other culture.
• Support the mission:
  Respond to support issues during business hours to ensure clinicians and patients have a frictionless experience.
• Lead with transparency:
  In a remote environment, clear communication is our greatest tool. Keep teammates in the loop and flag blockers early.
• Be agile and adaptive:
  Iterate quickly to stay responsive to patients’ needs, navigating shifting priorities and delivering high‑quality work.

• Experience:
  
  3‑5+ years developing high‑quality, secure, user‑friendly interfaces.
• Tech: 3‑5+ years with React and Type Script, and a good understanding of how to build modular, testable code.
• Growth mindset:
  Humility to own work and mistakes. Thrive in a “safe to fail” culture with curiosity and iterative learning.
• Communication:
  Translate tech‑speak into understandable language for non‑technical partners.
• Drive:
