What You’ll DoYou will lead an engineering group focused on building the systems and product experiences that power customer activation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving business and product strategy to create a seamless, intuitive onboarding and implementation experience
- Collaborating with Product, Design, Operations, and Sales to prioritize and deliver delightful customer activation features
- Leveraging AI to reimagine and automate onboarding pipelines, improving speed, personalization, and operational leverage
- Executing the Activation roadmap and ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery of systems and features
- Leading and managing multiple engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
- Building scalable, reliable identity verification, KYC, compliance workflows, customer data ingestion, and implementation tooling
- Driving continuous improvement in engineering processes, technical architecture, and product quality
- Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and customer obsession across the team
This role is based in our New York office. We offer a hybrid environment with a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week (Wednesday and Thursday), shifting to three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) starting February 2 2026. Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work is also available.
Responsibilities- Take an active role in driving business and product strategies for seamless onboarding and implementation experiences
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to define priorities and deliver activation experiences
- Leverage AI to automate onboarding workflows, improving speed and personalization
- Drive execution of the Activation roadmap with high‑quality delivery of systems and features
- Lead and manage multiple engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
- Build scalable systems for identity verification, KYC, compliance, customer data ingestion, and implementation tooling
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, architecture, and product quality
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer obsession across the team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong technical background and understanding of software development principles
- Expertise leading full‑stack engineering teams delivering end‑to‑end product experiences
- Demonstrated track record of shipping customer‑facing features across multiple release cycles
- 3+ years of experience managing or leading multiple technical teams in a high‑growth environment
- Regularly works with cross‑functional partners and excels in driving alignment across stakeholders
- Experience building systems related to onboarding, implementation, identity, workflow automation, and customer lifecycle products
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to evaluate impact, measure funnel performance, and optimize activation metrics
- Track record building AI‑powered product experiences, including LLM‑driven automation and personalization
- Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Hex, or similar
- Started your own technology venture or early technical founder/employee – entrepreneurial spirit valued
- Champion the customer by putting yourself in their shoes to create intuitive, frictionless experiences
The expected salary range for this role is $300,000 – $375,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on factors including location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Equity and other compensation may be provided as part of the total package.
