• Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of innovative software solutions
• Analyze and select appropriate technology to meet user needs while ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security
• Mentor and guide Software Engineers in writing efficient, clean code that adheres to compliance and security standards
• Champion Agile Technical practices, including automated unit testing and pair programming
• Maintain and enhance technical skills and knowledge, contributing to the company's recognition in the industry

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering; advanced degree preferred
• 12 to 15+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in a senior lead role
• Strong background in cloud-based development environments
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, including technical documentation presentation
• Expert-level skills in .NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL, and familiarity with secure software development practices

• Experience implementing enterprise-level platforms and frameworks (IAM, nService
  
  Bus, caching, logging, and monitoring)
• Proficiency with Azure Dev Ops  for automated lifecycle management and Git source code version control
• Familiarity with code productivity, quality, and testing tools (ReSharper, Code Rush, NCrunch)
