• Lead the evolution of the frontend platform, driving architectural decisions for scalable experiences
• Architect and implement complex user interfaces, ensuring accessibility and performance standards
• Collaborate with backend engineers to design and evolve platform capabilities
• Provide technical leadership across teams, influencing product direction and technical roadmaps
• Champion engineering excellence through comprehensive testing strategies

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, particularly in React and modern SSR frameworks
• Expert-level understanding of Graph
  
  QL architecture, including schema design and performance optimization
• Proven ability to deliver accessible and scalable frontend solutions while balancing technical and business needs
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience influencing technical decisions across teams

• Extensive experience designing and optimizing build and deployment pipelines
• Demonstrated experience building scalable frontend architectures supporting rapid growth
• Track record of mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
• Understanding of AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity
