What You’ll Be Doing As A middle senior Remote Frontend Developer At Mold Stud```html## Frontend Engineer (Design Focus)
We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer with a strong design sensibility to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing creative concepts to life, transforming initial ideas and rough sketches into polished, production-ready user interfaces. You will have the opportunity to shape and own the user experience across our entire frontend platform, encompassing the core product UI, comprehensive documentation, interactive playgrounds, and engaging marketing pages.###

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement visually appealing, high-performance user interfaces using modern technologies such as Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion.
* Design, build, and optimize product pages to create compelling and intuitive user journeys.
* Collaborate directly with our founding team to conceptualize, develop, and launch impactful features that drive user engagement and product growth.
* Translate design concepts into functional, user-friendly web experiences with a keen attention to detail and aesthetic quality.
* Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to final deployment, ensuring a high standard of quality and user satisfaction.
* Champion best practices in frontend development and user experience design.###

Qualifications:

* A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in frontend development.
* Proven proficiency with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion.
* A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and a deep understanding of user interface principles.
* A keen eye for detail, with a strong sense of motion, interaction design, and visual aesthetics.
* Demonstrated ability to independently take a concept from ideation to a fully realized, polished product.
* A genuine passion for creating outstanding user experiences.
* Comfort and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-trust team environment where rapid iteration and innovation are key.
