The Senior Software Engineer performs innovative software development and product support. This position works collaboratively with a Scrum team to take requirements through the development lifecycle and transform into high quality, valuable deliverables. The Senior Software Engineer will harmonize and collaboratively work with other team members to deliver cutting‑edge technologies. They will have a strong command of our key technologies Typescript, Python, .Net,

Node.

JS, Java, JavaScript, AWS (Dynamo

DB, SQS, Event Bridge, etc), Azure, and SQL.

Responsibilities
  • Work in an Agile development environment; actively participate in and contribute to all Scrum ceremonies.
  • Collaborate on design, development, and delivery of software solutions per requirements and committed schedules.
  • Test, debug and add enhancements to existing applications.
  • Contribute to code reviews.
  • Analyze and research software requirements associated to identified user stories and epics.
  • Resolve customer complaints with software and respond to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements.
  • Learn new technologies and resolve challenges involved with integrating them with our Cloud and product infrastructure.
  • Proactively raise problems to senior developers and help identify solutions.
  • Communicate updates, changes, and risks to stakeholders.

  • Pharmacy Domain/Pharmacy Management Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or 5+ years of related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of software development experience with modern programming languages and concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering customer value at a rapid pace, while maintaining a high level of software quality.
  • Experience with Typescript, Python, .Net, Node.

    JS, Java, JavaScript, AWS (Dynamo

    DB, SQS, Event Bridge, etc), Azure, and SQL.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server, and Postgres preferred.
  • Experience with agile methodology is a plus (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) preferred.
Skills & Abilities
  • Proficiency with common development tools (e.g., Git, Jira, etc.) and processes (e.g., pair programming, QA, deployments).
  • Ability to take ownership for deliverables and assigned tasks.
  • Awareness, execution, and improvement of relevant team standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to be creative, flexible, and passionate about building quality software.
  • Skilled in written and verbal communication with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently as needed
