• Own the end-to-end development of provider-facing and internal experiences using React, C#, and AWS-based services
• Build reliable systems for organization structure, user and role management, authentication, and authorization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive onboarding and setup experiences
• Mentor and support fellow engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
• Explore and apply modern tools and technologies to enhance developer productivity and user experience

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Experience designing and building user-facing web applications that scale
• Proficiency in object-oriented or functional programming languages (e.g., C#, Scala, React, Node.js)
• Strong understanding of performance, scalability, and reliability in software
• Demonstrated ability to mentor other engineers and promote software development best practices

• Passion for technology with a focus on user experience (UX)
• Experience implementing fast and efficient software solutions
• Previous involvement in solving high-impact, system-level problems
• Familiarity with automated testing and code deployment practices
• Enthusiasm for collaboration and fostering diverse engineering teams
