• Develop features for the next generation market intelligence platform, focusing on search infrastructure and capabilities
• Consistently deliver well-engineered, maintainable, and tested solutions within agreed-upon time frames
• Participate in code reviews and sprint planning, sharing knowledge and identifying opportunities
• Collaborate with the product team to understand and implement business requirements
• Optimize search relevance, query optimization, and indexing strategies for large-scale data retrieval

• Proficiency in Go or Python for developing scalable applications
• Hands-on experience with containerized microservices using Docker and Kubernetes
• Expertise in writing and executing unit and integration tests for application quality
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog
• Familiarity with both relational databases like MySQL and Postgre
  
  SQL, as well as non-relational databases such as Mongo
  
  DB and DynamoDB

• Experience with search technologies, full-text search, or distributed data systems
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka and Kafka Connect for real-time data processing
• Understanding of information retrieval concepts such as relevance scoring and ranking
