What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish performance goals for team members and provide constructive feedback on their development
- Lead Quality Engineering team members and participate in quality initiatives and compliance efforts
- Write code in a C#-based test framework for automation of REST web services
- Collaborate to enhance automation frameworks and processes for Quality Management
- Perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing while conducting root cause analysis on defects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant program of study preferred; equivalent experience accepted
- Minimum of 8 years of Quality Engineering experience, including Agile Software Development and Test Automation
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead in a Test Engineering context
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Git Hub, Azure, and AWS
- Preferred 2+ years of engineering management experience
