- Architect and implement robust Salesforce solutions across business units.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Maintain a business perspective to ensure systems support operational goals and user needs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members.
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and propose enhancements for improved functionality.
- 10+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience with enterprise‑scale solutions.
- Demonstrated success with Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Aura framework.
- Proficient in Apex and Flows, with a strong understanding of declarative vs. programmatic approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience focusing on enterprise CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in ETL tools and data processing pipelines.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform‑native security tools.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Application Architect.
- Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
