Website Developer – Onco
360 Pharmacy. Houston, TX | Full-Time | Salary range starting at $80k and up depending on experience. This is a full-time remote position in a cross-functional team.

• Collaborate with designers, content creators, marketing leads, and project managers to understand website requirements and functionalities.
• Build and optimize websites from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications and user needs.
• Utilize programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to create responsive and interactive web applications.
• Integrate content management systems (CMS) to allow for content creation and editing by non-technical users.
• Perform routine site audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates to enhance performance and security.
• Focus on creating a seamless user experience by optimizing site navigation and load times.
• Ensure website responsiveness and optimal user experience across various devices.
• Optimize website performance for speed and search engines.
• Stay up to date on the latest web development trends and technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development, or related field.
• 2+ years as a website developer or related field. Proven portfolio showcasing strong web development skills and the ability to build user-friendly websites.
• Previous experience with execution of diversified social and digital marketing techniques.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript or relevant front-end framework like React or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility best practices. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• A passion for building high quality and visually appealing websites.

• Specialty Pharmacy, Retail Pharmacy, or Patient Support Services/HUB experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of back-end technologies (i.e. PHP, Python). Experience with a content management system is preferred.
