We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join a fast-growing, remote-first team focused on building scalable, high-quality workflow automation and integration solutions. In this role, you will develop end-to-end features across backend and frontend systems, contribute to developer tooling and marketplace infrastructure, and help ensure the core product and ecosystem integrations are reliable and performant. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to balance speed, quality, and impact.

• Design, develop, and ship end-to-end user-facing features across backend, frontend, and UI/UX layers.
• Build developer tooling, dashboards, and marketplace features including search, discovery, verification, and payments.
• Improve engineering quality and system reliability by increasing test coverage, enhancing observability, and implementing robust error handling.
• Contribute to technical strategy, architecture decisions, and standards for APIs, data models, and service boundaries.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to prioritize features, trade-offs, and product impact.
• Mentor and coach team members, share best practices, and promote knowledge sharing across the engineering team.
• Proactively identify and address technical and quality issues across the codebase.

• Strong full-stack expertise with Type Script, NodeJS, and Vue.
• Experience delivering SaaS products and building scalable backend architectures.
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms or similar technical products is a plus.
• Skilled in testing and quality practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Proven experience working in cross-functional teams with PMs, designers, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical decisions and trade-offs clearly.
• User-focused development approach, with empathy for both developer and end-user workflows.
• Experience with performance optimization, observability, and analytics-driven development is a plus.
• Open-source contributions or community engagement experience is desirable.
